Bail Fugitive Investigator

On 11/20/2004, I, Leonard Scott Harrell, commissioned a graphics artist to design the following piece of original artwork and design for my sole ownership, use and consumption:



I make no claim to the term “Bail Fugitive Investigator,” however I do make a claim to the overall design and appearance of the above original artwork. I assert that its entire makeup is materially my intellectual property since I assisted materially and extensively in it’s initial concept and final design. Full rights and ownership of this copyright were transferred to me upon final completion this work and my payment to the designer.

On 11/24/2004, I began to use this artwork commercially by opening a CafePress.com online store and using their service to apply this artwork to various articles of clothing and other items and then offer them for sale to the public via the Internet at www.cafepress.com/bailenforcement.

Links and articles referring to the items imprinted with this unique design were then advertised and included on websites I use for commercial purposes.

Via these same websites, I also offer for sale for the sum of not less than $5,000 to the public a license for limited reproduction and use of this trademarked original artwork. Prior to issuing a license, I must receive payment for $5000, approve the specific application in which my art is used, and issue written permission granting the limited and specific use of this design to the licensee. The license to use this design may be revoked by me at anytime if the artwork is being used in contravention to the licensing agreement issued by me.

Any other use of this design by another, for any purpose- personal or commercial, other than via the above licensing procedures may be construed as an act of stealing this piece of art, usurping my intellectual rights to this graphic design, illegally placing my intellectual property into the public domain, and circumventing my ability to continue to benefit commercially from it’s use.
